Three CLI-agent tools, each placed at its correct star-rank within the existing sections:

• token-optimizer (⭐ 1.8k) → Agent infrastructure. Context/token-cost optimizer; native plugins for Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, OpenClaw.
• repo-forensics (⭐ 145) → Agent infrastructure. Offline security scanner for agent repos/skills/plugins/MCP servers (peer of HOL Guard).
• outsourcerer (⭐ 90) → Orchestrators & autonomous loops. Main-session-as-orchestrator delegation.

All three are CLI/terminal tools that run inside Claude Code / Codex and read-write code. Each entry links to its source repo in the section's **[name](url)** \⭐ X` — desc` format.
