This adds Ouroboros as a general-purpose agent with a headless CLI for coding in external Git worktrees, durable memory across restarts, specialist-agent swarms, and reviewed self-modification. The open-source section already includes broader agent harnesses with usable CLI modes, such as Dexto, so the section is intentionally wider than coding-only terminal clients. The project is MIT licensed and the entry is placed by the list's current star order. I maintain the project. Thanks for considering it.
