build-container-installer v1.4.0 uses Lorax templates that predate lorax-44.5 and strip /usr/sbin/load_policy from the installer image. Anaconda 44.30 calls it during shutdown (RHEL-144456), causing exitHandler to crash and reboot to hang. Use v1.5.0, which contains the updated templates. This fixes every generate-iso path through the shared installer image constant. Based on L0g0ff/KompassOS@e2a7fd4.
