Document the JSON error envelope for flag-parse failures, interactive-only email OTP login, opt-in telemetry setup, destination-aware ak versions, the remote list-kits catalog, request-scoped kit and onboard channels, self-update channel resolution, project-scope Codex agent checks, the served installer pin, Desktop Insights improvement work, and the updated ak, skill-creator and onboarding-cro Skill pages.

…migrate hook cleanup (#271) Kit hooks pages: privacy-block, scout-block, secrets-inject and context-firewall now match the PowerShell tool; secrets-inject refuses comma, at-sign and typographic quotes in values bound for PowerShell; Codex narrowing lists include the dropped PowerShell atom. codex-agent-runtime: serve discovers the nearest trusted project .codex/agents without flags; troubleshooting drops the --codex-home .codex workaround and explains the project agents list-only line.
