"Force reload from wiki" on user pages doesn't work #582

Description

@matthewfallshaw

Lesswrong user pages (such as http://lesswrong.com/user/matt/) show the name matched wiki page content (https://wiki.lesswrong.com/wiki/User:Matt) if the name matched wiki page exists, or redirect to …/overview/ if the matching wiki page does not exist (eg. http://lesswrong.com/user/moridinamael/).
User pages show a "Force relad from wiki" button, which should refresh the Lesswrong cache of the matching wiki page. This button appears to be broken (it reloads the lesswrong userpage without updating content from the wiki).

After editing my wiki user page (https://wiki.lesswrong.com/wiki/User:Matt), clicking the button did not update my lesswrong user page (http://lesswrong.com/user/matt/). My lesswrong user page continued to show the old content.
