Tested live against GroupMe with the connector change on a self-hosted bridge: creation returns 201 in the usual envelope with the announcement ID matching the pushed message, and the option count and >14 day expiry rejections come through with GroupMe's reasons. |

Adds `CreatePoll`, which returns the created poll and the ID of its `poll.created` announcement message so callers can match the push echo. Poll validation errors come back keyed by field (`{"options": "..."}`) rather than as a list, so `Meta` now decodes both shapes.
