The repo had no agent instructions.
Build and test commands, the generated-file rules (both READMEs,
commands.generated.ts), and the files a new command has to touch (manifest, smoke test, API copy) weren't written down anywhere, so agents had to rediscover them each time.CLAUDE.mdimportsAGENTS.mdso Claude Code picks it up too.Important
Obviously, given I didn't make this project, I don't know if the file is okay. I let my agent write it, of course.

How to test
Run the documented commands from the repo root:
bun install --frozen-lockfile,bun run typecheck,bun run test,bun run lint.All pass locally on Bun 1.3.10.
