directly from the github repo. Includes the openbt.R wrapper which is a merged of version from Pratola's repo and Yannotty's version which has some model mixing interface code.

Merged differences in .h and .cpp files from Matt's bitbucket repo and John's repo. Merged differences in openbt.R from both repos as well. Added the Ropenbt/ directory, which includes openbt.R in the Ropenbt/R/ subdirectory as well as other files needed for the R package to be installable directly from GitHub in an R session. Initial testing of the code on Matt's bitbucket wiki page worked but will need more testing.
