…raphies. All citations from the common bibtex file should be prefixed by py- or cpp- based on which subdocument (and therefore which bibiliography) contains the reference. This resolved a build warning reporting multiple citations when in fact I had added only the single citation in the Python examples section.
Built up from pieces of the README. I will trim material out of the README after the User Guide is a sufficiently good replacement for the README.
