Hook config_info does not include Tinymce in the configuration group, name, or label

This is a minor issue that may effect visibility. Through the Backdrop UI Configuration manager at /admin/config/development/configuration/single/export the Tinymce profiles appear in the Editor profiles group. The group name and the configuration names do not include Tinymce. Adding it to the group name or individual configuration names may improve visibility?

The PR looks good to me. It's a group that likely only Tinymce will use so leading with that makes sense.
