cfg_select! (used in lib.rs, fifopolicy.rs and ttlpolicy.rs) is stable since Rust 1.95, so older compilers can't build cachebox. Today they fail with use of unstable library feature cfg_select, which looks like a bug in the crate. People who build from source, like distro packagers in #62, would hit exactly this.

With rust-version = "1.95" Cargo stops early with a clear message instead:

error: rustc 1.94.1 is not supported by the following packages:
  cachebox@6.2.10 requires rustc 1.95

I checked cargo check on 1.85, 1.92, 1.93, 1.94 (fail, only on cfg_select) and 1.95 (ok). Dependencies need at most 1.85 (pyo3 0.30.1). Clippy's incompatible_msrv lint reports nothing on 1.95 or current stable.
