fix: claim RouteHost LoadTokens on failed and abandoned loads

Scope

Related to aviorstudio/fieldsofrevik#182 (addon LoadToken claim/drain only; consumer adoption and live Revik proof remain separate).

• Always load_threaded_get RouteHost LoadTokens on FAILED/INVALID as well as LOADED.
• Drain abandoned loads in _exit_tree before the host dies, including a teardown get for leftover IN_PROGRESS.
• Do not suppress ObjectDB warnings. Do not change navigation APIs, UID files, or orphan sidecars.
• Prepare plugin version 0.0.5. v0.0.4 remains immutable.

Local validation

Engine: 4.7.2.stable.official.ed1daf0bf. Isolated XDG data/config/cache used for editor lifecycle.

• ./tests/test.sh: passed (package_contract 9 OK; runner controls; hosted_router_test PASS reachable=1)
