Stale editor state when changing tabs after changing example

I'm not 100% sure this is reproducible as-is, but I did this:

1. go to relationships tab
2. select the github schema out of the dropdown
3. go to the schema tab

and saw my old schema. I went off that tab and then back and then saw the expected github schema there. I'm not sure why that is.
