Download audio to a temporary file and only move it into place after the HTTP request succeeds, the status is 200, the write completed, and the length matches. Cached files are now checked for a complete WAV header so corrupt downloads are not reused. Add a configurable SD SPI clock (default 10 MHz) and use it for the SD host. This provides a way to improve reliability on boards affected by SD data CRC errors during long playback sessions (#121).
Document the new volume curve, validated atomic audio downloads, the configurable SD SPI clock, and the allocation-free NetSender callback and parsing interfaces.
