Verdict: approve. Bumps the pinned askalf/askalf redline-review.yml reusable workflow from f97c635 to c9cb545 and moves redline-ref to the same sha, so the callee and the reviewer checkout stay in lockstep. The full-length sha pin, the same-repo and non-draft gate, and the read-only permissions block are unchanged, and no new inputs or secrets are passed to the callee.

Moves the Redline caller to askalf/askalf main at c9cb545 (askalf/askalf#74): the review job now also writes its verdict as a
redline-verdictartifact, and posts the review itself only while a reviewer token is configured on the runner host. Theuses:sha andredline-refstay identical.
