Verdict: approve. Bumps the reusable review workflow pin from askalf/askalf@116935d to @58a8e5f (main at #69), keeping a full commit SHA, the same-repo and non-draft guards, read-only permissions, and the runner label unchanged. The change is a pin update only and holds.
Minor:
.github/workflows/redline.yml:23: Only this line differs in content, but the diff rewrites all 25 lines, which points to a line-ending change on the file. Future diffs of this workflow will be harder to read if the ending flips back.
