Adds deterministic Playwright coverage for KYC document submission, including pending review, provider rejection with resubmission guidance, and the listing-creation gate while KYC is pending.

What Changed.

kyc-submission.spec.ts	Added happy-path and rejection-path KYC E2E tests, including assertions that pending KYC disables listing creation.
fixtures/	Added PNG files used for Playwright setInputFiles uploads.
playwright.config.ts	Made app and mock API ports configurable; CI defaults remain unchanged.
mocks.ts	Updated the API URL fallback to support the configurable mock API port.
