Detect a Zephyr sitronix,st7701 devicetree node (video_backend.h -> ARDUINO_VIDEO_DIRECT_FB) and drive the panel through the LTDC framebuffer instead of the ANX7625 USB-C path, so the Giga Display Shield works on the Portenta H7 + Portenta Mid Carrier. The anx7625/dsi/platform USB-C code is gated out of that build.
Keep the default USB-C video constructor and add a commented-out GigaDisplayShield constructor for the Portenta H7 + Portenta Mid Carrier.
- begin(): bring up the zephyr,deferred-init ST7701 panel once the DSI host and LTDC are ready (its boot-time init runs too early and fails, leaving the panel blank). - DisplayShield: stub USBCVideoClass::init/getStatus under ARDUINO_VIDEO_DIRECT_FB so the build links when the giga_display snippet removes the anx7625 node.
