perf(executor): cache collectFields without variableValues when safe - #8628
collectFields / collectSubfields only need variableValues when @skip, @include, or @defer use a variable argument that affects collection (if, and for @defer also label). For shared documents without those, keeping variables in the memoization key blocked reuse across executions.
This change caches field collection across executions when the document has no such variable-conditional directives, keyed by schema, fragments, type, and selection/field nodes. Documents with variable @skip / @include / @defer keep the per-execution path.
Shared-document microbenchmarks (same DocumentNode, rotating unused variables, wide selection sets) show roughly +25–35% throughput vs master. Nested-list / completion-heavy paths are unchanged within noise.
