BrowserReplHost races a command against a 60-second timeout and returns a timeout error, but the underlying VM execution remains active. If an awaited browser operation or timer resolves later, the same REPL can resume and issue browser actions after its caller has been told the command failed. A timeout should stop or invalidate the pending execution so late continuations cannot keep mutating browser state.
