Fixed

• Attached OpenClients and SetupClients keep constructor schema-teardown policy, client options, and disabled backend guardrails, including when the call passes no extra options. Options passed on that call still override the constructor values. (#82)
• A database ID already generated by WithRandomDatabaseID is no longer reported as a WithDatabaseID conflict when a later call applies unrelated options. Passing WithRandomDatabaseID and WithDatabaseID in the same option set still conflicts. (#83)
• If Emulator or Omni startup returns a container together with an error, that container is terminated. Cleanup uses a fresh context, so a canceled startup context does not skip removal, and the original startup error is preserved. (#84)
• After SIGKILL, stop waits on a new deadline and then removes endpoint metadata. Metadata is also removed when the process has already exited. (#85)

Added

• RuntimeImageProvenance reports image evidence for a package-owned Emulator or Omni runtime without a caller-managed container client.
• The requested image reference, observed image ID, OCI index digest, and platform manifest digest are separate. An empty field means that identifier was not available. An image ID is not treated as either digest.
• Endpoint files may include optional producer-reported provenance. Files written by older versions remain valid. Reading a file does not count as a fresh observation by the current process. An attached endpoint with no provenance stays explicitly unverified. (#86)
