Name the Codex plugin's deploy skills after their directories #2087

Tracks PR #2086.

Plan

Goal: Make the Codex plugin's deploy skills follow the Agent Skills spec, which requires a SKILL.md frontmatter name to match its directory. The Codex plugin writes them to plugins/appwrite/skills/appwrite-deploy-site/ and .../appwrite-deploy-function/, but their frontmatter said deploy-site / deploy-function.

What changes (PR #2086):

• templates/plugin/commands/deploy-site.md.twig and deploy-function.md.twig: for CodexPlugin, the frontmatter name now goes through the existing skillName filter (the one used by src/SDK/Language/Skills.php and templates/skills/base/frontmatter.md.twig), giving appwrite-deploy-site / appwrite-deploy-function.
• Claude and Cursor plugins render the same templates as slash commands named by file, so their output stays deploy-site / deploy-function.
• tests/generation/GenerationTest.php: new testSkillNamesMatchTheirDirectories over skills, claude-plugin, cursor-plugin and codex-plugin, checking every generated SKILL.md name equals its directory.

Remaining steps: None beyond the linked PR; it's the full change.

Done when:

• fix(codex-plugin): name deploy skills after their directories #2086 merged with the new Generation test passing
• Regenerated Codex plugin ships appwrite-deploy-site / appwrite-deploy-function skill names in a release
