fix: SDK update for version 0.18.0

This PR contains updates to the SDK for version 0.18.0.

What's Changed

• Breaking: ProjectAuthMethodId and ProjectPolicyId gain a Passkey variant; exhaustive match expressions need a new arm
• Added: ProjectAuthMethodId::Passkey, so project.update_auth_method can enable passkeys
• Added: ProjectPolicyId::Passkey and the PolicyPasskey model, so get_policy and list_policies return the passkey policy

Completes the passkeys release: 0.17.0 shipped the passkey methods, but not the passkey auth method and policy IDs or the PolicyPasskey model. The enums are exhaustive, so the new variants are source-breaking and this ships as 0.18.0 (a breaking bump for a 0.x crate under Cargo's rules), not 0.17.1. cargo build and cargo test (760) pass.
