This PR contains updates to the SDK for version 30.3.0.

What's Changed

  • Added: account passkey methods listPasskeys, createPasskey, getPasskey, updatePasskey, deletePasskey and updatePasskeyVerification
  • Added: account.createPasskeyToken and account.updatePasskeyToken for passkey sign-in
  • Added: users.listPasskeys, users.getPasskey, users.updatePasskey and users.deletePasskey
  • Added: project.updatePasskeyPolicy to configure passkey sign-in
  • Added: Passkey, PasskeyList, PasskeyChallenge and TokenSecret models

Passkeys only, patched onto main: the diff of the SDK generated with and without the passkey methods, three-way merged onto the release. Everything else on the release is unchanged, including its X-Appwrite-Response-Format.

The new service tests can pass despite regressions in the passkey HTTP request contracts.

Adds PHP SDK support for passkey registration and sign-in, passkey management for accounts and users, and project passkey policy configuration. It also adds the associated response models, documentation, examples, and service tests for version 30.3.0.

### Issue 1
tests/Appwrite/Services/AccountTest.php:763-764
**Assert the passkey request contract**

This stub accepts any `Client::call` arguments and only returns fixture data, so this test still passes if the method uses the wrong HTTP method or path, or sends incorrect parameters. The other new passkey method tests use the same pattern, leaving their request contracts unverified too.
