fix: SDK update for version 30.2.1

This PR contains updates to the SDK for version 30.2.1.

What's Changed

• Fixed: requires utopia-php/client ^0.6 and imports Utopia\Client\Client, so the SDK installs and runs next to client 0.6, which dropped the Utopia\Client alias that 30.2.0 imports

The generator already has this: e46f3def (released in 5.3.5) and cbcc36c7 (released in 5.5.3), both in 5.6.0. 30.2.0 missed it because it was built by applying only the interval diff onto the 30.1.0 tag, which predates those template changes. It's needed so utopia-php/migration can require 30.2 for function intervals: migration requires client ^0.6, and 30.2.0 pins ^0.4.1.

The SDK's 870 unit tests pass against client 0.6.0.
