Refreshes the README with the rewritten getting-started guide and corrected badges, links and install steps from appwrite/sdk-generator#2077 and appwrite/appwrite#14613.

README files only. No code, version or changelog changes, so this does not need a release.

The README examples and documented APIs match the SDK, and I found no actionable issues.

The README now provides updated installation instructions, a Go SDK quick start with a user-creation request, and an Appwrite error-handling example. It also refreshes project links and badges and points readers to additional Go documentation.
