This PR contains updates to the SDK for version v7.12.0.

• Added: Proxy.CreateSMTPRule and ProxyRule.Protocol
• Added: WithUpdateEmailEnabled on Functions.Update and Function.EmailEnabled
• Added: query aggregates (Count, CountDistinct, Sum, Avg, Min, Max and more), GroupBy, Having, Distinct, joins, Relationship, Covers, SpatialEquals and Page
• Added: query.NewBuilder to chain queries; Build() returns the query list
• Updated: models fill fields missing from a response with their documented defaults
• Updated: index docs list the spatial and trigram types
• Updated: topic.Path rejects levels containing a NUL character
• Fixed: models decode each response into a fresh value, so fields from an earlier response no longer carry over
