Refreshes the README with the rewritten getting-started guide and corrected badges, links and install steps from appwrite/sdk-generator#2077 and appwrite/appwrite#14613.

README files only. No code, version or changelog changes, so this does not need a release.

The new error-handling guidance matches the SDK’s HTTP error handling, and the example handles both typed API errors and other thrown errors.

The README has been rewritten as a current getting-started guide for the Apple SDK, covering installation, platform registration, client setup, API calls, OAuth, typed rows, and model helpers. It also refreshes the badges and documentation links, and documents both Appwrite API errors and other thrown errors.

Latest changes: The newest commit clarifies that transport failures are not AppwriteErrors and adds a general catch to the example.
