What

Cuts 2.0.0 on top of #21: Appwrite 2.5.0, built-in object storage, and Functions and Sites on by default. Stacked on #21: merge #21 first; this PR then targets main.

• CHANGELOG.md: [Unreleased] becomes [2.0.0] - 2026-10-14 (11 entries), with a pointer to the upgrade notes.
• Chart.yaml: version: 2.0.0, and artifacthub.io/changes regenerated with make changes. There's no security update, so containsSecurityUpdates stays unset.
• docs/upgrading.md: the version table says 2.0.0 → Appwrite 2.5.0, and "To 2.0.0" covers:
  • Storage: 1.0.0 installs with files on the volume should set storage.device: local and compute.enabled: false. Moving files into a bucket is a migration of its own.
  • Privileged executor: it's created by default, with compute.enabled: false (or Sysbox) where that isn't allowed.
  • Moved S3 settings: storage.s3.external.* with mode: external, before and after. Keys kept in your own Secret now also need compute.executor.existingSecret.
  • The removed assistant.
  • Appwrite 2.4/2.5 for self-hosters: trusted proxies, private addresses, the GitHub webhook secret, sign-ins in flight, node-18+ templates.
• docs/gitops.md: names 2.0.0.

Merging publishes the release: OCI push, cosign signature, provenance attestation, GitHub release appwrite-2.0.0, Artifact Hub metadata.

Testing

• make test passes completely: 245/245 unit tests, generated files, check-changes against [2.0.0].
• The release workflow's notes extraction reads the [2.0.0] section.
• Installs and the 1.0.0 → 2.0.0 upgrade run in feat!: Appwrite 2.5.0, built-in object storage, Functions and Sites on by default #21's CI.
