Register marketplace manifest for nested apify plugin - #6

Add a root marketplace manifest so the nested apify plugin is discoverable, and keep the logo under the plugin directory so assets/logo.svg resolves from plugin.json. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
