THRIFT-6398: adds the 0.24.0 and 0.25.0 releases to the Docker Official Image packaging in docker/. update.sh had never been run for 0.24.0, so versions.json still ended at 0.23.0.

  • Ran update.sh 0.24.0 and then update.sh 0.25.0, with RELEASED_DATE set to the release dates (2026-07-11, 2026-09-30). Both tarballs pass the checksum and signature checks; the signer is 8CD87F186F06E958EFCA963D76BD340FC4B75865.
  • The new Dockerfiles differ from docker/0.23.0/ only in the THRIFT_VERSION and THRIFT_SOURCE_* args.
  • With maintained_releases: 2, the library now carries 0.25.0 and 0.24.0, and 0.23.0 leaves it.
  • Tested locally with docker/test.sh on linux/amd64 (Debian and Alpine, both versions). linux/arm64 is covered by the Docker (linux/arm64) job of this PR.

The docker-library/official-images manifest gets generated after the merge, from the master commit.
