L7: apache/opendal users list

Status: draft, ready to send.

Target

• Repository: https://github.com/apache/opendal, file core/users.md.
• The list has one line per project, mostly alphabetical. The new line goes after kvcache-ai/AgentENV and before mozilla/sccache.
• Route: pull request from a fork. Recent precedent: docs: add AgentENV to users list #7972 "docs: add AgentENV to users list" (merged), add kache to users.md #7971 "chore: Add kache to users.md".
• Leave out the website logo wall (website/src/components/landing/data.js): it is for bigger projects.

Rules

• PR title in Conventional Commits form: docs: add MonOrm to users list.
• The PR body follows .github/pull_request_template.md. The "AI Usage Statement" section is required: write "None" or list harness, model, effort, role.
• The fact the entry rests on: monorm 0.1.1 on PyPI depends on opendal (opendal>=0.47,<0.48 in pyproject.toml; a fresh install pulls opendal, checked 2026-10-31). The file-storage extension keeps file bytes in an OpenDAL operator (extensions/file-storage/README.md).

Rationale for this change

MonOrm uses OpenDAL through its Python and Node bindings. Its file-storage extension stores a reference in a database column and keeps the file bytes in an OpenDAL operator, so any OpenDAL service can hold them. The Python package monorm depends on opendal.

What changes are included in this PR?

Adds MonOrm to core/users.md.

No. Documentation only.
