[BUG] Build fails for board nucleo-stm32l432kc:nsh out of the box

Description / Steps to reproduce the issue

Using following script on empty build directory and git reporting that nuttx repository is in clean state:

if [ ! -e nxvenv ]; then
    python -m venv nxvenv
fi
. nxvenv/bin/activate
if [ -e nxvenv/bin/menuconfig ]; then
    pip install kconfiglib
fi

cmake -B build -DBOARD_CONFIG=nucleo-l432kc:nsh -GNinja nuttx
cmake --build build

The build will fail with multiple errors like:

nuttx/apps/testing/ostest/wdog.c:59:3: error: unknown type name 'sclock_t'; did you mean 'clock_t'?

This does not happen if other boards from stm32l4 family are selected (at least some which I tried).

On which OS does this issue occur?
