[HELP] error building for rv-virt:nsh64

I do a : ./tools/configure.sh -l rv-virt:nsh64

I found the rv-virt page. going from there

I investigated this and was able to reproduce it from a clean rv-virt:nsh64 build.

The failure appears to come from GCC 16's libgcc: _clzsi2.o, _udivdi3.o and _ffssi2.o use R_RISCV_HI20 absolute relocations for __clz_tab. Since rv-virt links at 0x80000000, these relocations cannot be represented on RV64.

A minimal test confirms the same GCC 16 libgcc links successfully at 0x10000 but fails at 0x80000000.

With xPack GCC 13.2.0, the corresponding objects use PC-relative relocations and rv-virt:nsh64 builds successfully.

So this looks like a GCC 16/toolchain compatibility issue rather than an NuttX configuration or image-size issue. The RWX warning is separate.

@daniel-dlds please use the toolchain version recommended by the rv-virt documentation (xPack GCC 13.2.0-2). I tested it, and
rv-virt:nsh64 builds successfully with that toolchain.
