Summary

NIFI-16271

Follow-up to #11676.

  • Allow an in-memory heap percentage of 0 across flow loading, REST updates, and the edit dialog.
  • Stop and restart a running Stateless Process Group when a flow version changes its in-memory content limit.
  • Strengthen existing unit, frontend, and system tests for both cases.

Verification

  • Framework API, DTO, components, and web API module tests passed.
  • Checkstyle and PMD passed for all changed Java modules.
  • Frontend build, lint, and all frontend tests passed.
  • Targeted StatelessBasicsIT#testChangeFlowVersion passed.
  • Full nifi-system-test-suite passed.
  • No dependencies were added.
