Adds a table-model IT that uses 16 concurrent JDBC connections to create 80,000 unique tables and verifies the final table count. Temporarily narrows the Table Cluster 1C1D workflow to this IT on Linux and Windows. Validation: Spotless, Checkstyle, and integration-test testCompile passed locally; the full 80,000-table run is delegated to this PR's targeted CI.
