Also bump hadoop-aws, AWS SDK, Hive metastore client, aws-cli, and pyspark. Hive 4.2 moved IMetaStoreClient into the new hive-standalone-metastore-client artifact, so download it as well. Co-authored-by: Copilot App <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Rationale for this change
Bump the integration test infra to the latest Iceberg Java release (1.12.0), along with the related dependencies. This is needed to test row lineage support in #3972 against Spark. Follows #3389.
