Adds an optional
preferencesetting to the CQL filter for collection search and explain, e.g.filter=preference='search-ranking-test' AND page_size=11. Requests with the same value always go to the same Elasticsearch shard copies, so repeated searches get the same scores and order. This fixes the ranking flakiness in the automated ranking tests (backlog #8941). The setting also applies to paging and to both explain endpoints.
