Add a workflow step after release-plz that patches the `lgalloc = "X.Y"` line in README.md to match the version bumped in Cargo.toml. Runs on both PR creation and update. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
