What this changes

Every page of the 7.x docs in Spanish, under /es/, with Español in the language selector. A Spanish browser lands on it from the root and from the old addresses. The translation follows the app's Spanish: Spain Spanish with "tú", the app's on-screen labels from es.js, and "trabajo" for an AnsibleForms job as the app writes it ("job" stays for Rundeck and Jenkins jobs and AWX's job templates).

Every translated page keeps the English page's code blocks, inline code, Liquid tags, link targets and headings, and records the English version it was translated from (translated_from:), so scripts/i18n-status.sh es lists the pages to update when the English changes. Still in English: the settings descriptions (from the app's help.yaml), the changelog, the screenshots and the 6.x docs.

- i18n/es/: the 189 translated pages and the environment variable groups
- i18n/es.yml: the menu groups, site title and version labels
- source/_data/ui.yml: the Spanish interface strings
