The installer remembers what it installed in `installer.json` (`/etc/ansibleforms` for root, else `~/.config/ansibleforms`).

That folder holds no binary, and only exists once the installer has installed an AnsibleForms or taken one over.
Without that file, `install`, `upgrade` and `status` look for an AnsibleForms already on the server, whatever installed it.
