Add an interactive Debian/Ubuntu Bash installer that prepares the CLI in /opt/mega-tg-proxy-server. Inventory, Vault configuration, and server provisioning remain explicit steps. Document installation in the README and both guides.
Add eight deployment integration cases: Ubuntu 24.04 and Debian 12, checkout and Bash installation, MTG and official MTProxy. Disposable LXD guests exercise bootstrap, apply/verify, plan, private link export, and a second deployment with cleanup. The installer clones the tested working tree rather than main.
Validation: all 22 local unit tests passed; Bash syntax, workflow YAML/matrix, and git diff --check passed. Full LXD deployment tests have not run locally; the new GitHub Actions workflow runs them on Linux.
