WolfTag is an extremely simple Bukkit plugin for Minecraft that allows you to view the owner of a tamed wolf.

Either export the project to a .jar file by using Eclipse or download the pre-compiled version.

Drop the .jar file into your plugins folder and reload the plugins.

Done.
Simply right-click on a tamed wolf and the owner's name will appear in the chat box.
