Updates all four workflows to the verified, SHA-pinned actions/checkout v7.0.1 release and fixes the three CodeQL HTML-filtering findings in browser test fixtures.
The theme, maintenance, and localization tests now prepare trusted fixture HTML with DOM parsing instead of tag-removal regexes. A new regression test covers mixed-case tags, alternate attribute quoting, and whitespace in closing tags while verifying inline configuration is preserved and external assets are not requested. CI runs the regression test.
Validation: JavaScript syntax checks, actionlint, the new fixture regression test, maintenance UI tests, all four native themes at desktop/mobile widths for Unraid 7.0 and 7.3, and all bundled locale layout tests passed locally. Hosted CI and CodeQL results are available in this PR's checks.
Only tests and workflows change; installed plugin files and the package version are unchanged. Resolves CodeQL findings #2, #3, and #4 when merged and analyzed on main.
