Hi @aiev — thanks for opencode-todolist, it fills a real gap now that V2 dropped the built-in todo tools.

This is a docs-only PR: it adds a short Desktop app section noting that the desktop GUI has no plugin-panel API, so the sidebar strip is terminal-only — and pointing to a small companion project for people who want the same list as an always-on-top window in the desktop app.

• 9 lines added to README.md, no code changes, no config changes.
• Happy to reword it, move it elsewhere, or drop it entirely — your call.
