feat(context): add the update reminders setting via rpc - #11

Conversation
A constant, byte-identical system line asks the model to update todo statuses in the same step instead of batching. It is sticky per session (from the first list onward, including after the last task closes), so the head never changes and the prompt cache is untouched. Sessions without a list are unaffected. The toggle lives in /todo-settings; the server plugin owns the value, so the TUI reads and writes it through a new aiev.todolist RPC (getSettings/setSettings), the documented V2 pattern for a TUI plugin calling a server plugin.

Adds an
Update reminderstoggle to/todo-settings, default on.What it does
While a session has a todo list, the server plugin injects a constant line into
systemasking the model to update statuses in the same step instead of batching:The line is sticky per session: it appears from the first list onward and never changes afterward — including when the last task closes — so it stays cache-neutral. Sessions that never write a list are untouched.
Why RPC
The TUI settings menu stores its preferences in the TUI plugin's own storage, but this setting controls server-side context behavior. The server plugin now exposes an
aiev.todolistRPC (getSettings/setSettings) and the TUI menu reads and writes throughcontext.client.rpc(...), following the documented V2 plugin RPC pattern. This also gives future server-behavior settings a home in the same menu.Misc
