The previous implementation processed bulk lookups sequentially inside a for...of loop, causing N dependent network latency times. This commit refactors the loop to use items.map() with Promise.all() to run fetch requests in parallel, drastically reducing the total response time. 💡 What: Refactored the
src/app/api/lookup/bulk/route.tsAPI endpoint to usePromise.allinstead of a sequentialfor...ofloop withawait.🎯 Why: Multiple independent lookup requests (up to 20) were being processed sequentially, which forced the server to wait for one network request to complete before starting the next. This created an O(N) latency penalty.
