Benefit
Understanding of the capabilities of Smartystreets, who is using it in state government, what for and why it is being used, and how it compares and contrasts to the UGRC geocoding API.
Acceptance Criteria
- Get a Smartystreets license from DTS
- Explore its capabilities and compare to UGRC geocoder
- Find out what agencies use Smartystreets
- Connect with some of them to understand their use case, the results they're receiving from the Smartystreets API, and how they are using the data
