Will remain in backlog for now. This seems like a task that would be initiated by DNR.

@chriswnek I wonder if we should just close this issue for now. Or do we want to keep it open since it's included in a SOW or something?

This isn't in the SOW. Electrofishing has several side agreements made via email that make some parts of this project difficult to follow. I have some old notes that say this had it's own budget of $3600, and UGRC only billed $485. That goes back to at least FY25. I'm ok to close this for now, and if DNR ever wants us to revisit this, we can reopen it.
