Benefit

OHS requires a tool to enable teams and local partners to track encampment conditions and sanitation needs. The system must capture key data points including location, hazards, photos, and cleanup status, and provide a coordinated dashboard view. The project aims to improve operational efficiency in tracking encampments.

Objectives for Phase 1 of the Project include:

• Establishing a new OHS ArcGIS Online (AGOL) Organization for hosting and storing all GIS related deliverables
• Development of a unified intake process for field reports
• Creation of a management dashboard for internal OHS use, as well as a public-facing version
• Data integration from existing sources and new OHS intake form(s). Depending on the complexity and type of data sources being integrated into the dashboards, some data may need to be part of Phase 2.

Acceptance Criteria

• Submit PO request for the required AGOL licenses (UGRC may need to guide OHS through this process)
• Set up AGOL/UtahID SSO integration. To begin this process, we must first complete the Request an SSO Integration form in ServiceNow
